Terms of Service
Plain-language service terms for Junk Huggers
These terms describe how Junk Huggers handles estimates, scheduling, communication, payments, and on-site service for customers across Bend, OR, Redmond, OR, Sunriver, OR, Sisters, OR.
Estimates and final pricing
Photo-based estimates are designed to give a fast starting price, but the final total can change if the load is larger than shown, access is materially different, heavy or specialty items were not disclosed, or disposal conditions change on site. Junk Huggers should explain any change before the job is completed.
Scheduling, access, and route fit
Appointments are scheduled based on crew availability, route density, travel conditions, and safe access to the load. Same-day or next-day service may be available, but it is not guaranteed for every job. Customers are responsible for providing accurate access details.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to move or cancel an appointment, contact the team as early as possible. Last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or jobs that cannot be completed because the site is inaccessible may be subject to a trip charge or rescheduling delay.
Payments, deposits, and completion
Payment, deposit authorization, or final confirmation may be required before a job is booked or completed. Unless the team states otherwise in writing, payment is due when the work is finished.
Restricted and specialty items
Hazardous materials, certain biohazards, and regulated waste streams may be refused or referred out. Specialty items such as hot tubs, dense debris, paint, tires, refrigerators, and unusually heavy loads may carry special handling rules or higher disposal rates.
Communication and service updates
By providing your phone number through the website, estimator, booking flow, phone call, or by texting the team first, you agree that Junk Huggers may call, text, or email you about your estimate, appointment, arrival timing, payment, job status, or support request. Reply STOP to opt out of further text messages, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Liability and site conditions
The team uses reasonable care when removing approved items, but customers are responsible for identifying pre-existing property damage, fragile areas, hidden hazards, access limits, or items that should not be removed.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Questions about these terms, service scope, billing, or communication preferences can be sent to hello@bendjunkremoval.com or through the contact page.
